Awards are given out yearly for the best movies, plays, TV shows, radio shows, and the like. Lucy Kellaway of the Financial Times gives out awards for interesting uses of business English. I think that the business use of “upgrade” to mean “make redundant” should win some Grand Award for Business Bullshit.
