Could You Pass 8th Grade Math?

The last time I took any math was in 11th grade, when it was something between geometry and calculus, whose name I forget. I took one day of calculus but couldn’t understand the review. I reasoned that if I couldn’t understand the review, then I wouldn’t understand the course and dropped out.

But I seem to have remembered my 8th grade math pretty well.

    Yeah, 8/8 also. Last time I took math was Advanced Calculus in the 12th grade, but don’t ask me to remember any of that!

    ah – one of the linguistic / dialectic differences between ‘Murricans and Canajuns.

    You say “eighth grade”, as any native of Massachusetts would.

    However, in Toronto, I was in Grade 8 (or sometimes “Grade VIII”, when written down) when I first came to the Frozen Northland.
