Arggggghhhhh!

You may remember this post, in which I detailed my struggle with Citibank to straighten out my Citicard account, which we always pay in full, except that they sneakily changed the rules out from under me.

Well, yesterday I got the Citicard statement for last month, on which I expected to see my trip to the doctor in Shanghai, and a few miscellaneous other charges, maybe

    in singapore, a lot of focus is on customer satisfaction. if a bank is not performing up to your expectations, and there’s nothing holding you back, you can always cancel the card.. sometimes, they’ll come back to you, promising better service..

    Well, here most people would rather chew their leg off than switch banks. I find Citibank convenient because I have a US dollar account through them that I use when paying or receiving US dollars. But the card is crap.
