Highly unlikely. Rove is a perverted power-junkie. He’s more likely quiting to work on the next Republican nominee’s campaign – whoever that turns out to be. His prediction today, that the Republicans ‘have a very good chance of keeping the whitehouse in 2008’ is particularly telling.
Apparently he sleeps at night.
