The library system at The Ohio State University (while I was attending there, the “The” was always emphasized in all the paperwork) got a reputation for all sorts of goings-on, including one sorry fellow who got caught masturbating on a woman in the stacks of one of the branch libraries — she was busy studying and didn’t notice his presence until he’d spooged all over her skirt. He was promptly arrested.
