What the heck is this “{Fill in a reference here} of the now” that lots of LiveJournals are captioning pictures with lately? Is it a USan cultural reference that is escaping me? Or am I just dim?

It’s coming from a speech of Barak Obama’s campaign, where he quoted an old MLK speech: “The fierce urgency of now.”
Thanks awfully. My fierce urgency of now is to get a diet ginger ale.
I’m feeling the Fierce Urgency of Potato Fritters, myself.
it’s also a phrase used when someone is posting mobile-y.
I take a picture with my cellphone, email it to a special flickr address, flickr then uploads it, and then posts it to livejournal.
So if I see some crazy person, I can have it on LJ immediately.
It’s called “Mobloging” or mobile blogging.
Thanks for that…I suppose I should start doing that too…
