Yesterday’s housing drama partially sorted out

I finally heard from Neil this noon. Apparently the Community of the Holy Trinity was wound up in February but no one bothered to tell me. So my money was going into some black hole. The housing association has been in touch with Neil and a cheque will be going out to them shortly.

So it wasn’t malicious, only neglectful.

At least I shan’t have to pay that extra money ever again to the Community of the Holy Trinity. One good thing.

Off the top of my head, I’d say few Brits have LJ pages. Of course, I could be wrong. But do you think that LJ speaks to Americans more than it would Brits? I wonder if they want to keep their business private more? I wonder if LJ is more appealing to US folk as we are more anal expulsive.

No, there are lots of Brits with LiveJournal pages. Don’t ask me how many, as I wouldn’t know how to retrieve that statistic. But, I have seen lots of Brit blogs.

They tend to be less anal expulsive and more witty and light.
