Things that bug the living sh*t out of me…

We have and his friend Dave visiting for a week. We had agreed to meet around 6 to have dinner tonight. He and Dave went out to mooch around the town, and HWMBO and I went out to find a blanket.

    I never use quiet mode for that same reason and just use vibrate instead.

    I also feel that there should be some way to allow a caller to override the silent or vibrate feature in cases of emergencies. Like entering *911 before dialing the actual number or something and have a charge of $0.50 to prevent abuse.

    I will have to use Vibrate mode in the future.

    The second feature you mention would be interesting but would have to be developed by the phone companies rather than the phone manufacturers as it would require the phone switches to know about “*911”.
