You may remember that last week I received a Pyrex 6-cup percolator. I’ve made two pots of coffee in it so far. The coffee is tasty enough, but I forgot one thing.
Percolated coffee is more powerful than rocket fuel.
I had a cup at 5 pm. I may still be up at 5 am.
Oh, well.
didn’t your mother warn you about perked coffee stunting your growth? it works by sleep deprivation.
Don’t rub it in. If I could stunt my growth at the moment through drinking perked coffee, I would do it.
I shall buy some American coffee when I’m next there. I think that Chock Full o’ Nuts is probably closer to what that percolator was made for. They don’t sell coffee at that grind here in England.
Just call me “Mr. Coffee Nerves”.
