Today’s Law Enforcement URL

Carrying a concealed weapons usually requires some amount of clothing, except by this man.

Somebody posted about this on a newsgroup that I read, but neglected to provide a link. So now I know, in that “can’t unread” kind of way. I especially like the phrase “suspicion of indecent exposure”. Yeah, they weren’t sure, but they thought a naked man masturbating next to a nature path might be violating the indecent exposure laws.

I’ve always wondered about these “suspicion of X” charges. They appear to confuse subject and object.

being suspicious isn’t a crime, and anyway, it’s usually the policeman who is suspicious, not the alleged miscreant.

but then I have been known to confuse I, moi, and me. or so Miss Piggy tells me.
